At Ashton and Oak Shoppe our goal is to package your order with efficiency, and attention to the smallest details. We understand your desire to receive your item(s) in a timely manner. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, online orders will be processed between Monday-Saturday. Our team will practice health and safety protocols when fulfilling orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

Once your order has been processed, packaged, and shipped, an email providing tracking information will be sent to you.

Returns

Returns for store credit are possible within 7 days of receiving your items, and will be handled on a case by case claim. Our team will inspect each item, as it must be returned to us in unused condition and with all original packaging, before a store credit is issued. In the case of damaged or defective items you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Vintage items, and sale items, are final sale and are not eligible for store credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Ashton and Oak Shoppe recommends that all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping in Canada for $25. Over weight, and furniture items, may not apply (see item description for shipping details). We offer free porch drop off for London and surrounding area (within 45km approx of London. We encourage you to reach out to us if you are unsure whether your address qualifies for free porch drop offs).
